🛍️ Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order — but if something’s not right, here’s how we can help:

🕒 Return Window
You have 30 days from the day your item arrives to request a return.

✅ Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
Unused and in the same condition as received
In original packaging
With receipt or proof of purchase

🚚 Return Process
Email us at arthinkso@gmail.com to start a return.
If approved, we’ll send return instructions and (if applicable) a return shipping label.
Items returned without approval won’t be accepted.

🌍 Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping.
Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

🇬🇧 UK Customers
30-day return window, as described above.

🇪🇺 EU Customers
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, under EU law.

🌎 International Customers (e.g. US, Canada, Australia, etc.)
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please note: international returns may take longer to process due to customs or shipping delays.

❌ Non-Returnable Items
Custom, personalized, or limited-edition prints
Items damaged after delivery (unless our fault)

💸 Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll confirm whether a refund is approved.
If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 days since your return was approved, please contact us.
